We can also do traditional paella recipes from Valencia for up to 100 people; chicken, rabbit, seafood (king tiger prawns, crayfish, mussels & squid), vegetarian or a Chicken/seafood mixed paella.

For 3 years Cantab Catering has been satisfying the taste buds of the public with mouth watering perfectly cooked Cambridgeshire pork. We started with just one machine and now we have a fleet of six! Weddings, parties, events, or fundraisers, our hog will help make the occasion one to remember!
